Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days; some orders may take up to 5 working days in peak periods or when items are back‑ordered.​
• Shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Each order may be shipped to a single destination address; to ship to multiple locations, place separate orders.
• When possible, all items in an order ship together; some items may ship separately depending on size, weight, and stock status.

Ground shipping applies to Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin, plus select cities and ZIP codes in Kansas, Michigan, and Missouri, ground shipments are handled by regional carriers Spee‑Dee Delivery and United Delivery Service (UDS).

• Minimum order for pickup: $500.
• Minimum order for shipping: $1,000.
• Flat shipping rate: $25 
• Free shipping on orders for over $1,500.​
• Hazmat charges will be applicable.

These regional carriers provide fast ground service across the upper Midwest, with many next‑day or two‑day delivery lanes inside their coverage areas.

For all other pallet‑shipping states in the contiguous U.S.:

• Flat shipping rate: $100.
• Minimum order: $3500.​
• Orders may ship on pallets or via freight services depending on size, weight, and destination.

• A tracking link or number is provided once the order ships; customers can also use the “Track Your Order” section on the website to check status.​
• If a carrier does not meet its service commitment and a claim is approved, AK Wholesale Inc. will credit the customer’s account for eligible shipping fees once the carrier pays the claim.

• Due to federal and state age‑verification rules, AK Wholesale Inc. only ships to commercial addresses.
• Orders to residential addresses or P.O. boxes may be canceled without notice, and repeated attempts to ship to residential addresses can result in account cancellation.​
• Cash on delivery (COD) is not available because of carrier and payment‑processing restrictions.
