Shipping Policy

• We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
• Each order can be shipped to one delivery address. Customers who require delivery to multiple locations must place separate orders for each address.
• Whenever possible, we will ship all products in an order together. Certain items may ship separately based on their size, weight, availability, or shipping requirements.

• There is no minimum order requirement for customer pickup.
• We will provide pickup instructions once the order is confirmed and ready.

Regional ground shipping is available throughout:

• Illinois
• Indiana
• Minnesota
• North Dakota
• South Dakota
• Nebraska
• Wisconsin
• Select cities and ZIP codes in Kansas, Michigan, and Missouri.
• Regional carriers may deliver orders within these service areas, including Spee-Dee Delivery and United Delivery Service (UDS).
• Many destinations within the carriers’ service areas may qualify for next-business-day or two-business-day delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Minimum shipping order: $500
• Flat shipping rate: $25
• Free shipping on qualifying orders over $1000
• Additional hazardous-material handling fees may apply to regulated products

For qualifying pallet shipments to other destinations within the contiguous United States:

• Minimum order: $2,500
• Flat shipping rate: $100
• Orders may be shipped by pallet or freight service depending on the order’s size, weight, and destination

Additional freight, accessorial, hazardous-material, or special-handling fees may apply when required. We will communicate any applicable additional charges before shipment.

We will provide a tracking number or tracking link once the order ships. 
Customers may also visit the Track Your Order section on our website to check the latest shipment status.

• Carrier transit times are estimates and may be affected by weather, service disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond AK Wholesale Inc.'s control.
• If a carrier fails to meet an eligible service commitment, AK Wholesale Inc. may submit a claim on the customer’s behalf. If the carrier approves and pays the claim, AK Wholesale Inc. will credit eligible shipping charges to the customer’s account.

• To comply with applicable age-verification and shipping requirements, AK Wholesale Inc. ships online orders only to verified commercial addresses.
• We cannot ship to residential addresses or P.O. boxes. If an order contains an ineligible address, we may contact the customer to request a valid commercial address or cancel the order.
• Providing an eligible and accurate delivery address helps prevent processing delays or cancellations.

Cash on delivery (COD) is not available. You must pay for all orders using an approved payment method before shipment.

• Shipping eligibility, carrier availability, rates, and delivery times may vary by destination, product type, order size, and applicable regulations.
