- Valid Business License is required to open an account.
- We will issue you a credit for all returned items, which can be used on any other available merchandise. No cash refunds.
- We accept all major credit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
- All shortages and other issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Returns with prior authorization only - WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING.
- All items sold and fulfilled by Ak Wholesale.com should be returned within 48 Hours of the delivery date in order to be accepted.
- 15% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, etc), Ak Wholesale Inc will cover return shipping cost.
- Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
- Ak Wholesale Inc is not responsible for local and state tobacco taxes.
- Illinois customers must add tobacco tax to any order.
- Prices and availability of products are subjects of change without prior notification.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of merchandise.
- We are not responsible for any typographical errors.
- According to the federal law, distribution and sale of tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.
- Our website contains some explicit material not suitable for children under the age of 18.
- Complying with the Federal and the State law, Ak Wholesale Inc reserves the right to impose some restrictions upon certain groups of customers while processing orders.
- All orders are to be paid by credit card or cash at the time of your order being shipped.
- All shipments F.O.B. our warehouse.
- No returns without prior authorization.
- Shipments made within the 48 continental United States only, unless other arrangements are made.
- Due to the differences in monitors, browsers, cameras, photographers, and item packaging, pictures may not look exactly like actual product and packaging.
- As we all know, typographical errors do occasionally occur. In advance, we apologize for any inconvenience these typos may cause
MISSING OR DAMAGE PRODUCTS
If any item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to replace the missing or damaged item with the same item or one of equal or more value.
If you arrive any broken or damaged products, please provide photo proof at 1-630-217-5277 with order no. or invoice no. with products code & quantity.
After we have received the photos, we will arrange for replacement products.
If product damaged by improper use or wrong operate. Company did not responsible. Please before use read manual or instruction.
If you received a product you didn’t make order. Please do not open product or must be in original packing report within 48 hours. We will pay for shipping
Test run your product function before sell, if non-functioning please contact us.
We will provide replacement for returns of defective products like manufacture defect or dead on arrival within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return product must be in original packing with all accessories. We are not liable for lost or damaged during return shipment.
Once we received your returned product we will inspect and issue replacement or store credit.
If opened your product must be thoroughly cleaned. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, your return will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After 30 days. We will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS
All products purchase from AK WHOLESALE INC. The product must be in its original unopened packaging. We will exchange products for another products or refund process. The refund will be less a 15% restocking fee. You must be responsible for shipping cost.
You should expect refund within a week at original payment terms.
