Our founder has been in the smoking industry since the early 1990’s with an Electrical Engineering degree and decades of experience in the invention, product development, and manufacturing.  We have owned the BUGATTI brand for smoking products since 2003 initially in the premium cigar lighter industry, until 2017 we realized that the vapor industry is the future and we could make a positive impact.
