We did not take any order without valid business license copy and federal tax id.
If your organization is tax exempt, you will need to create an account on our website. When placing your first online order, you will be prompted to create an account when you check out. Your entries must match the information on your tax exempt form.
We also are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which you can fax to 1-630-594-4993 or email email@example.com. We will keep your tax exempt information on file until it expires, at which time a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required. Upon receipt of your new certificate, we will update the expiration date in our system.
