An: If your organization is tax exempt, you will need to create an account on our website. When placing your first online order, you will be prompted to create an account when you check out. Your entries must match the information on your tax exempt form.

We also are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which you can fax to 847-895-7076 or email [email protected] We will keep your tax exempt information on file until it expires, at which time a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required. Upon receipt of your new certificate, we will update the expiration date in our system.

An: - Depending on warehouse stock, If stock is available so we will ship your order same day. We are out of stock waiting for 7 to 10 days for your order.

A: Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via FEDEX/UPS Ground. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we'll provide you with the tracking number.

An: Our Flat rate shipping cost $12.99 under $500, up to 21 labs within all us states via UPS/FEDEX ground. Overweight or over Size box we will charges extra as per actual shipping cost

An:-Most wholesale orders are shipped within 2 business days from our facility. Actual shipping charges apply for all wholesale orders - shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order, how far it has to be shipped based on zip code, and carrier used.

An:-No, shipping is not included.

(6) If I have an order can you ship items to different locations?

An:-Yes, items of the same order can be ship to different locations.

(7) What are the UPS OR FEDEX Ground transit times?

An: West Coast: 1-3 business days

    Central       : 3-4 business days

    East Coast: 5-6 business days.

(8) Will you ship to a P.O. Box?

An: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

(9) An item from my shipment is missing or broken. What do I do?

(1) Where do i go to get a refund?

An: - When we received return material as it are we sold. So we will give you refund by our company cheque or Chargback on your same credit card.

(2) Did I get everything I was supposed to?

An:-Depending on our warehouse stock. 

(3) Should I expect more communication from the seller?

An: - At first order we will call you customer for accounting information and business license copy

(4) I am not able to view or print the Catalogs, Wholesale Price Lists and Order Form. What can I do?

An: Please call 1-888-672-9510 or email for our price list, catalogs or order form.

(5) What is your return policy?

An: We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. All damage and defects must be reported to us within 24 - 48 hours the delivery date. Please send us broken items picture at 16302175277 with item code, quantity and invoice no.

We can either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

However, undamaged merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the client is responsible for the return freight charge.

(6) Are all Items New?

An: Yes. We only sell brand new items direct from the manufacturers or distributors. All items usually come with barcode. We do NOT even deal with returns items.

(7) Who are your customers?

An: We offer our best service to Tobacco shop, Smoking shop, Liquor store, Gas station and others.

(8) What if I receive the wrong product(s)?

An: Inspect all products upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 24 hours of receipt. We will gladly exchange any products. If you receive the wrong products. We will gladly make an exchange for free and pay for shipping.

(9) When will my credit card be refunded?

An: Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

(10) Is pick up available for your merchandise?

An: Yes. At our warehouse in Bensenville, Illinois. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:30 pm., Saturday 9.00am to 3.00 pm.
